BLANCO COOK underframe cooling table featuring active convection cooling to roll into BC classic 3.1 and 4.1.
The cooling table is fitted with two double-walled hinged doors on the front. The inner wall features five grids each on the left- and right-hand side containing two variable height-adjustable support rails to insert Gastronorm containers in 1/1 format.
The cooling table is mobile thanks to four steering castors, two of which have brakes; castor diameter: 50 mm.
Temperature can be regulated down to the degree between -2 °C and +8 °C
